Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or a paid service. We discuss the request, availability, providers, scope and any fees before you decide whether to proceed.
Payments and cancellations
Any price, payment schedule, cancellation or refund conditions will be set out in the written proposal or booking confirmation for the service concerned, including any supplier conditions where applicable. Please review and accept those details before making a payment. This website does not take payments.
Availability and decisions
Travel and other arrangements depend on confirmation by the relevant providers. Visa decisions are made by the competent authorities. Services requiring professional authorisation are offered only in accordance with the applicable requirements.
